The Yellow Jacket Boat Company, based in Denison, Texas, was active from 1949 to 1959 and co-owned by Roy Rogers himself, along with Mac McDerby. Known for their innovative cold-molded hulls designed by famed naval architect Richard Cole, Yellow Jackets were ahead of their time in design and performance.
